Slitting machine introduction:
Slitting machine is a mechanical equipment that cuts materials into multiple narrow shapes, mainly used in Chinese papermaking, wire and printing machinery.
Slitting machine principle:
The slitting machine cuts the whole roll or whole sheet of raw material into fixed lengths. The length can be set in advance. If there is an error in the actual length, it can also be adjusted through parameter settings.
Slitting machine operation process:
1. Start-up part
1. Turn on the electrical isolation switch, press Emergencystopreset (end reset button) and Readytprun (prepare processing button), turn the key to Machine (machine) to Run (start) mode, and check whether the voltage and current are correct and stable on the main operating table.
2. Turn on the hydraulic power source, and at the same time check whether the oil level and pressure gauge display of the main hydraulic drive system are correct and stable.
3. Open the starting shut-off valve and check whether the air pressure is correct, not less than 6.0bar and stable.
2. Parameter setting part
1. Set the film type, thickness, length, width, etc. as needed.
2. Pick up the corresponding BOPP film file from PDF.
3. Set the winding length and width of the corresponding specification film.
4. Select the corresponding winding station, adjust the roller arm and roller, and install the paper core of the corresponding specification.
3. Loading, film penetration and film connection part
1. Loading: According to the plan requirements and actual conditions, the corresponding mother roll on the aging rack is placed on the slitting machine unwinding rack according to the inner and outer selection direction of the corona surface, and the steel core is clamped with the control button, leaving the steel core support arm and the driving.
2. Film penetration: When there is no film on the slitting machine, film penetration must be carried out. Use the slitting machine film penetration device and function key to tie one end of the original film to the film penetration chain eye, start the film penetration button, and make the film evenly distributed on each roller along the slitting process.
3. Film splicing: When there is film on the slitting machine and the roll joint is changed, the vacuum film splicing table is used. First, the film splicing table is started to the working position, the film on the slitting machine traction roller is manually flattened and the upper vacuum pump is started to suck the film, so that the film is flatly adsorbed on the film splicing table, double-sided tape is applied and the excess film under the tape is cut off, the film on the unwinding rack is flattened and the lower vacuum pump is started to adsorb the film flatly.
IV. Start-up and operation part
1. Change the specifications, put the paper core on the inner and outer winding arms, and the pressure roller is in the running preparation state, ready to run.
2. Set ANTI-STAICBARS on the main operating table to AUTO, READYTORUN is turned on, and MACHINERUN is started to run.
V. Slitting control
During the slitting operation, monitor the operation effect and adjust the contact pressure, arc roller, edge material traction roller, guide edge, slitting speed and unwinding tension.
VI. Rewinding part
1.1. When the inner and outer ends are wound and the machine stops running, use the film unloading button to place the film on the prepared film unloading trolley, cut the film and stick the film roll with sealing glue.
2. Use the clamp release button to release the clamp, check whether the paper core of each film roll is off the paper core. If one end is still stuck on the paper core, manually unload the film roll.
3. After ensuring that all the films are off the clamp and placed on the trolley, use the film loading button to raise the winding arm, install the corresponding paper core, and neatly attach the film to the paper core for the next slitting.
VII. Stopping part
1. When the film roll runs to the set length, the equipment stops automatically.
2. During the operation of the equipment, press MACHINESTOP to stop as needed.
3. When you need to stop quickly, press the MACHINESTOP key for more than 2S.
4. When an emergency such as equipment or man-made accidents occurs, press EMERGENCYSTOP for emergency stop.
Precautions for slitting machine operation:
1. The spindle speed change needs to be carried out after parking. The gears must be fully engaged when changing speed. If the machine tool is found to be abnormal, stop and check immediately.
2. Adjust the tool and clamp the workpiece before cutting. The length of the clamping part shall not be less than 50 mm. The parking baffle shall be fixed, and work can be carried out only after the clamping, loosening, forward and backward test runs.
3. When the machine tool is rotating, no part of the human body shall touch the transmission parts. When operating, tie the cuffs and do not wear gloves. The human head should deviate from the cutting direction.
4. When changing tools, measuring workpieces, lubricating, and cleaning pipe heads, it is necessary to stop and carry out.
5. When cutting pipe heads, prevent the pipe heads from flying out and injuring people.
6. When putting long material pipes into the material rack and loosening the binding wire, measures should be taken to prevent the pipes from rolling, impacting, and crushing people.
7. When using a grinding wheel slitting machine, check in advance whether the grinding wheel is damaged, cracked, or damp, and whether the power cord is reliable.
8. The dust removal device must be intact before processing.
9. No one should stand in the direction of workpiece feeding and discharging.
