Ribbon slitting machine refers to slitting equipment suitable for slitting and rewinding of various ribbons. This machine is suitable for winding tension controlled by servo motor, automatic counting, automatic subsection speed regulation, high efficiency and high precision. The automatic bracket is used to effectively control the swing of the winding shaft during high-speed operation. It can be equipped with 1" ,1/2″ rewinding shaft.

The unwinding is charged by an air-expanding shaft, and is equipped with a carbon tape feeding and receiving table. The upper and lower winding units each have two winding shafts for exchangeable winding. Unique TTR-specific flattening device. A complete set of imported drives and pneumatic components. The whole machine adopts imported PLC+touch screen control, field bus technology, and adopts dynamic adaptive tension control software based on speed and diameter.

The tension control when the ribbon is slit affects the rewinding tightness of the ribbon. When the tension is too large, the PET base film of the ribbon will be stretched and damaged, which will cause physical changes in the ink layer attached to the base film, which is easy to produce ribbon. The quality problems of the toner drop will affect the printing effect, and even cause serious quality problems that the dropped toner contaminates the product.

 

If the tension of the ribbon is not enough when slitting, the ribbon will be easily wrinkled, resulting in poor printing such as white lines and indentations during printing. If the ribbon rewinding tension is too loose, it can also lead to quality problems such as die offset and ribbon slippage during transportation or installation of the finished ribbon.

 

Each newly purchased ribbon slitting machine needs a lot of debugging work after installation. During the debugging process, the most suitable tension interval is found. The data of this tension interval is the key data for the technicians to maintain the equipment in the later stage.
