TTR ribbon slitter rewinder machine is suitable for rewinding various ribbons, thermal transfer ribbons, coding ribbons and barcode ribbons, TTR, ink ribbon, and the film thickness can be 4-20um.The coiling tension is controlled by the Servo motor.
Servo motor is a general term for motors that use servo mechanisms. The word servo comes from the Latin "Servus", which means slave (Slave), which refers to the meaning of action according to commands. So-called servo system is a control device formed according to the instructions and commands. It is applied to the servo control of the motor. The sensor is installed on the motor and the control object machine. The detection result will be returned to the servo amplifier for comparison with the command value. It can be seen that, because the servo motor is controlled by the feedback signal, it is different from the stepper motor controlled by the input pulse signal.
The servo motor usually has a precise position detection element such as a photoelectric encoder or a resolver as a feedback element for position or speed. The servo motor device consists of the following three：
1.A "pointing device" (controller, Controller) that issues an action command
2.The "control device" (servo amplifier) that makes the motor act according to the instruction signal and feedback signal of the instruction device,
3.And the power from the servo amplifier is supplied to drive the control object and the "driving and sensing device" that detects its state.
