330mm Mini TTR slitter rewinder is our most popular slitting machine. It is a smart slitter to cut barcode ribbon, thermal transfer ribbon, ink roll, wax, resin, label printer ribbon and other film and foil.
TTR Ribbon slitting machine includes unwinding roller, slitting knife, several winding rollers, between the unwinding roller and slitting knife, there is a front traction nip roller, each pair of front traction nip rollers includes a driving roller and A passive roller, in which the active roller is connected with the motor, and the passive roller is pressed on the active roller;
Suspended idle rollers are arranged before and after the slitting knife, and its main feature is that there is also a corresponding rear traction pinch roller between the slitting knife and each winding roller;
Each pair of rear traction nip rollers includes a driving roller and a passive roller, wherein the driving roller is connected with the motor, and the passive roller is pressed on the driving roller. The driving roller of one of the front traction nip rollers is located at a forward position under the knife edge of the slitting knife, and the driving roller of the front traction nip roller forms a suspended idler in front of the slitting knife.
