The hot stamping foil slitter machine adopts full servo control, photoelectric tracking and correction system, and the tension control of unwinding is composed of Maxcess magnetic powder brake and tension controller. The rewinding shaft adopts slip shaft and cooperates with automatic air pressure to ensure the material rewinding tension and pressure are stable. The servo motor controls the working speed of the whole machine, and is equipped with an automatic meter counting device. 2 sets of crimping machines are arranged under the winding side. After the slitting circular knife trims the edges, the waste is directly coiled by the crimping machine to ensure the uniformity of the workshop. The slitting part adopts a circular knife slitting machine, which greatly reduces the dust falling when slitting the bronzing film.
