Wax barcode ribbon is a kind of TTR thermal transfer ribbon, because it uses wax as the main material as the carbon ribbon product as the coating material. Since the melting point of wax is lower than that of resin, the energy level required for printing with wax-based ribbons is much lower than printing with mixed and resin-based ribbons. Wax-based carbon ribbons are the most economical and cheapest carbon ribbons. They are mainly used for printing on general paper. When using wax-based carbon ribbons, you must pay attention to the cooperation with paper. It is not suitable for materials with smooth surfaces such as mirrors such as PET products.
Wax barcode ribbon has wide label adaptability, good versatility, excellent printing results and economical cost. Because of high temperature resistance, it is very suitable for high-speed printing.
