For the fully automatic slitting machine, it is very important to do a good job of debugging before the formal operation, so what are the debugging tasks in general?
In the use of the automatic slitting machine, when turning on the power, it is necessary to check whether the static elimination mode has been turned on. This is to prevent the machine from malfunctioning during operation and causing unnecessary losses. Next, turn on the air supply switch of the slitter and adjust it to between 0.5 and 0.6. The adjustment of the air pressure is very critical because it will affect the stability of the operation. After the adjustment, use three to six cones to put the mother roll into the roll section.
After the parent roll is put into the roll section, the machine needs to be debugged. It is necessary to compare the diameter of the mother roll, press the up or down button, adjust the unwinding rack to a proper height, and then clamp the roll film to make it It can rotate at a constant speed or quickly, and then press the height adjustment button again to confirm the safety. Then to install the blade, first check the blade edge to see if there is any damage, and then select the appropriate slitting method according to the need to adjust the placement of the blade.
The paper core is adjusted so that the paper can be placed in a relatively correct position, so that the cut paper will be very uniform. After all the debugging work is completed, the slitting machine must be tested in a unified way. When the products produced by the trial run have no problems, they can be used.
Therefore, when the automatic slitting machine is being debugged, these details must be done well to ensure its good performance.
Common cutting methods are:
Edge trimming, cutting off the process edge material reserved in the previous process, which is mostly used for the processing of composite films and other materials;
Cutting, cutting the wide web into multiple rolls of narrow specification size materials;
Sub-rolling, dividing the large-diameter material into several rolls of small-diameter material, which is equivalent to rewinding;

1. Tension control of unwinding
During the rewinding of a set of paper rolls, try to prevent changing the rewinding tension to ensure that the slitting rewinder is evenly tight. Secondly, during the rewinding process, if the tension control of the paper web is too small, the paper roll will loosen or slip on the bottom roller, forming wrinkles, interleaving paper pages and other problems. If the tension is too large, it will cause a burst or damage the paper core. Therefore, it is very necessary to keep the actual control value of tension constant during the rewinding operation of the paper web and to install an outstandingly debugged inertia instantaneous compensation regulator in the tension closed-loop control system.
2. The linear pressure of the platen roller
The platen roller pressurizes the paper roll during the rewinding process. In the initial stage of rewinding, the platen roller supplies extra load to the paper roll, and together with the front and rear bottom rollers, it provides a rewinding force to the paper roll. With the increase of the roll diameter, the position of the platen roller gradually rises, and the load supplied by the platen roller gradually decreases. When the roll diameter reaches a certain value, the load supplied by the platen roller is zero. At this moment, it is only used as a holding The paper roll position equipment exists, and the pressure control procedure of the platen roller must be selected according to the paper quality and the final diameter. Under normal circumstances, the pressure of the platen roller is automatically controlled according to the pre-set pressure curve, and the operator does not need to change it.
3. The speed difference between the front and rear support rollers
The speed difference of the supporting rollers forms the rewinding force. The size of the rewinding force determines the tightness of the paper roll. Increasing the rewinding force of the slitter rewinder can increase the tightness of the paper roll.
