Feature
• Machine adopts Inovance control system, all the parameters are shown on the screen. You only setup roll diameter, material thickness and original tension etc, the machine can work automatically.
• Machine adopts Ultrasonic EPC, its high sensitivity can assure the accuracy of material position.
• The unwinding part adopts floating roller to keep the constant tension, the rewinding part adopts 2 sets automatic tension control.
• It adopts magnetic brake, the rewinding adopts magnetic clutch.
• It adopts automatic meter counter. When reached the preset length, machine stop and alarm automatically.
